Service Description
EMOM is a circuit workout format that involves performing one exercise within a certain amount of time or certain number of reps under one minute; then moving on to start another exercise for the same interval of time at the start of the next minute. Ideally, plan the reps to allow some rest before the minute is over so you can recover a bit before starting the next minute. EMOM workouts can increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle endurance.
